US:China indicates greater currency flexibility
December 24, 2010 | In: Finance
China allow its currency Yuan increasingly now and float more freely and flexiblely against the Dollar.
“I think the present 0.5 percent daily limit is still relaively appropriate,From a development point of view,in the future,it is possible that will continue to expand, but now,it is still relatively appropriate”.Said by Hu xiaoLian,The deputy governor of China’s Central Bank.
As we all know,China currenty has set a target that allows the trading rate rise or fall up to 0.5 percent within one day.
The United States thought that China’s exchange rate gives the yuan an artificially low value, and gives Chinese exporters an advantage on the world market. So, China has to allow china currency rise against US Dollars to maintain the equality of trading between two countries.
